The type of commission purchased by the client is described based on the number of characters drawn.for example :

is the date the client orders the commission and takes the reservation slot.• Estimate Time
is an estimate of how long it will take to complete an order after the client has paid the down payment / deposit. The time stated is based on the difficulty of the artwork and other factors, it may take longer or even faster.• Status

I will estimate the price first based on the reference details you provide to give you an idea of how much it will cost.
I will draw a rough sketch first to give you an idea of how your commission will look until you approve the rough sketch.
Estimating price based on approved sketch, price may differ from previous price based on reference.
Sending you an invoice via the payment method you use
The minimum deposit is 50% for first-time buyers. You can then pay the remainder after your commission is completed. If you've purchased my commissions before, you can pay when the commission is completed before it will be sent to you.
Once the invoice is sent and payment is received, I will begin drawing your order. I will provide regular updates on your order, and you can provide feedback and revisions.
Final review of your order until you approve it.
Full payment of your commission after you approve the results.
Handover your commission package via email.

Pricing
The way I determine prices is based on many factors, so please consult with me first.
• Character
The base price for one character is $60, regardless of body shape, as long as the body is looks humanoid, and standing on two feet.$30 for the head including face and hair.
$30 for the whole body including genitals.The price of each character may vary depending on the pose and camera perspective covering the character's body parts..The price can also be reduced based on the character's pose or visible body parts when drawn.So, if there are two characters but their poses or body parts overlap when drawn, the price can be lower than $120.
• Animation
Animation / GIF consists of multiple pieces of artwork, so you pay for each piece of artwork for each frame.The price of each frame may vary depending on other factors.Currently, i provide 2 types of animation commission services, you can see examples above.
• Add-on
Prices for extras like complex weapons, armor, or character-related items like accessories and clothing will be calculated directly based on the difficulty of drawing them.The same goes for additional body parts like wings, tails, or even animal-like bodies like mermaids and centaurs.• Background
Pricing a background can be a bit tricky, so I'll keep it reasonable.• Alternate Version
The cost for alternative designs is based on how much change there is to the base artwork.

Terms of Services
1. General Terms
By commissioning the Artist (HOHOHIHEQ), the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason.The Client must be 18 years of age or older, or have explicit parental consent.2. Payment & Pricing
Currency: All prices are in USD.Pricing: The client receives and approved a price estimate determined by the artist.Upfront Payment: for first time buyer, work begins only after a minimum 50% deposit is received.Payment Method: Payments are accepted via Payment Method provided by artist3. Process & RevisionsWorkflow: The process typically includes: Sketch -Lineart -Base Color -Final Render.Revisions: The Client is entitled to free minor revision.Additional Changes: Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved or in the middle of the work, such as changing the pose, adding accessories to changing the character's body shape will incur an additional fee, the fee is adjusted according to the number of changes.4. Copyright & UsageArtist Rights: Artists retain only the right to display the work in their portfolio and on social media. Clients may request that commission results be or not be published by the artist.Client Rights: The client retains full rights to the artwork. Once the artwork is accepted by the client, all matters related to the artwork become the client's direct responsibility.Personal Use: The Client receives a license for Personal Use (social media avatars, printing for home decor, personal gifts).Commercial Use: The Client receives a license for Commercial use (merchandise, book covers, advertising, other goods)Prohibitions: The artwork may not be used for AI training or Blockchain/NFT purposes.5. DeliveryEstimated delivery time is a minimum of one week, depending on the complexity of the commission. The Artist will notify the Client of any significant delays.Format: Final files will be delivered digitally via Email. No physical goods will be shipped.6. Refunds & CancellationsClient Cancellation: If the Client cancels before work begins, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued. If work has started, a partial refund will be calculated based on the work completed.Artist Cancellation: If the Artist cancels for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued to the Client.
